Returns & Refunds Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without providing any reason.

The cancellation deadline is 30 days from the date you received the goods, or when a third party (not the carrier) that you’ve appointed takes possession of the delivered goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us with a clear statement of your decision.

We will process your reimbursement within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be made using the original payment method, with no additional fees for the reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.

The goods are in their original packaging.

The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom or personalized goods.

Goods that deteriorate quickly or have expired.

Items unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons.

Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Returning Goods:

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. After contacting us, we will provide the return address.

We recommend using an insured, trackable mail service, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items in return shipping. Refunds cannot be issued without receipt of the returned goods or proof of delivery.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. A gift certificate will be mailed once the returned product is received.

If the gift was sent to the purchaser and later given to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
